Returns
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it within 30 days of receiving your device(s). For cosmetic products and cleaning supplies, the deadline is 14 days from receipt and applies as long as the product(s) remain unopened.
If you ordered your device(s) between November 1st and December 31st, 2025, you can return your device(s) within 100 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, provided you have activated your warranty.

This 100-day return policy does not apply if you purchased your device(s) from a retailer. You can find more information here .
Please fill out the return form available here , and we will contact you as soon as possible to send you your return label.
If you redeemed a gift voucher when making your purchase, or if you purchased in our Dyson stores , at OTTO or eBay , please contact us directly.

Once you receive the return label, please send your order back to us immediately.
Please follow these steps:
1. Pack the goods carefully (e.g. in the original packaging or similar suitable packaging) so that they are protected from transport damage.
If goods are damaged during transport due to inadequate packaging, the full purchase price cannot be refunded.
2. Stick the return label on the box.
3. Hand over the package to the appropriate shipping partner.
4. Once your return has arrived and been processed at our logistics center, the refund will be issued via the payment method you selected when placing your order.

The Dyson Guarantee
The Dyson warranty is governed by the version of the Dyson warranty terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase .
The Dyson warranty is not identical to, nor does it limit or replace, the statutory warranty rights against the seller in the event of delivery of a defective appliance. Rather, the warranty grants the buyer additional rights.

Delivery options
When you shop online at Dyson, you can have the ordered products delivered to an address of your choice.
Special delivery times
Different delivery times may apply to some offers and promotions. These will be listed in the terms and conditions of each promotion.
Multiple packages
Sometimes products arrive in separate deliveries, but we do not charge you any additional delivery fees for this.
Delivery subject to availability
We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is unsafe (e.g., a municipal facility or a P.O. box). If this affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery delays
If delivery is temporarily delayed due to force majeure or other events unforeseeable at the time of contract conclusion (e.g., operational disruptions of any kind at Dyson, at third parties commissioned by Dyson, or at their contractors, material shortages, epidemics, official orders, etc.), the delivery period shall be extended accordingly. If such events result in a delivery delay of more than four (4) months, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. This does not affect the buyer's other rights of withdrawal.
Shipment tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. In addition, our shipping partner will send you a tracking number and a delivery notification via SMS or email.
Furthermore, you have the option of using additional delivery options directly on our shipping partner's website.
Delivery not possible
Should you unexpectedly be unable to accept your package in person, the delivery person will take your shipment to the nearest collection point. You will, of course, be notified of this by email or SMS.
Payment terms
Payment methods
You can make the payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, invoice, installment payment, instant bank transfer or with a credit card accepted by Dyson.
The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract if the payment method results in an immediate debit to the buyer's account; in all other cases, it is due immediately upon shipment of the ordered goods.
If you pay by credit card, your account will be charged upon shipment confirmation of the ordered goods.
For payments via instant bank transfer and PayPal, your account will be charged upon placement of the order.
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ) , we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case.
Purchase on account : The payment period is 30 days from the date of shipment. You can find the full invoice terms and conditions here .
The buyer is only entitled to purchase on account if their counterclaims are undisputed or legally established, or if they are in a reciprocal relationship with the principal claim.
Installment purchase : With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments according to the conditions specified at checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly statement. Instant payment : Available in Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria. Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.
If your payment fails using the selected payment method during the order process, please contact your payment service provider to find out more about the reasons.
Invoice and contract conclusion

Before submitting your order, please carefully review all the information in the order form on the website www.dyson.de by clicking the "Place order" button . If necessary, modify the information by clicking the "Change order" button.
Contract conclusion and order confirmation
Your order will be accepted via a separate email (order confirmation) which you will receive at your email address. This email will contain the contract details, our terms and conditions, and the warranty conditions.
If you select a payment method that results in your account being debited immediately (instant bank transfer, PayPal), a contract is concluded immediately upon placing your order by clicking the "order with obligation to pay" button, and you will subsequently receive your order confirmation via a separate email.
The invoice
After your order has been accepted, you will receive your invoice in a separate email. Please note that you will receive the invoice from Dyson if you have chosen one of the payment methods instant bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
If you choose to pay by invoice or installment plan, you will receive the invoice from Klarna. Klarna will inform you when payment is due. Please also see Klarna's terms of use and privacy policy .

If your Dyson device is not working as expected, please visit our online service for help in resolving your problem and ordering replacement parts .
If we are unable to resolve the problem with your Dyson device in this way, please contact our customer service.
Then we'll arrange for a repair. Your Dyson appliance will be picked up directly from your home by a courier service, or you'll receive a return shipping label. Your appliance will be repaired in our service workshop and sent back to you. If all spare parts are in stock, this usually takes only three to five working days.
